By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

SpotByAI provides AI SEO (AEO) audits and optimization reports for websites and online businesses.
All work is performed manually and customized for each client’s website.
As part of our process, we utilize advanced AI tools and analytical systems to evaluate entity structure, schema quality, and AI visibility performance across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI, and Perplexity.

2. Payments and Security

All payments are processed securely.
Most transactions are handled via PayPal, ensuring that your financial details remain private -  we do not have access to or store any payment information.
If a payment is made through another method, we guarantee that it is processed through a secure and encrypted system, and that your data will never be shared or used for any other purpose.

Because our service includes a personalized audit and manual work, no refunds are available once the analysis has started.

If you subscribed to a monthly plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your cancellation will be processed manually within 24–72 hours after confirmation.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 5–12 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Reports are delivered digitally via email.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and accessible website URLs or other relevant details needed for analysis.
SpotByAI will not be responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.

5. Use of Reports

The AI SEO reports provided are for informational purposes only.
Implementation of recommendations is at the client’s discretion and responsibility.

6. Liability

SpotByAI is not liable for any changes made by third-party platforms (such as Google, ChatGPT, or Perplexity) that may affect AI visibility results after the audit is completed.
